COVID Test and Trace During Easter Holiday
If your child tests positive for COVID-19 please do the following:
- INFORM NHS Test and Trace of all your close contacts - please see the definition fom Puplic Health England on our recent letter saved under Letters.
- PLEASE COMPLETE THE SCHOOL ''COVID POSITIVE ONLINE FORM'' (Only for positive cases confirmed by a PCR test).
The Link below will allow you to REPORT A POSITIVE COVID-19 TEST RESULT to the school.
